LucYenGem (“we”) is a family gem business based in Hanoi and Luc Yen, Vietnam. This page explains what information we collect on lucyengem.com and what we do with it. The short version: we collect only what you send us, we use it only to answer you, and we never sell or share it.

What we collect

• Inquiry form — name, email, country, the stone you are looking for, and your message. We use this solely to reply to your inquiry.
• Direct contact — if you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we keep that correspondence to serve you.
• Basic technical data — our hosting provider and Cloudflare (our CDN and security layer) log standard technical information such as IP addresses for security and performance. We do not use advertising trackers.

What we do with it

• Answer your inquiries and, where you ask us to, follow up about stones.
• Arrange shipping and prepare export documentation when you buy.
• Nothing else. We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for marketing.

Where it lives

Inquiry submissions are stored securely on our website server. Email lives with our mail provider. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to serve you, and delete it on request.

Your choices

Email [email protected] at any time to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted.
